One of the easiest breads to make and is perfect to go with any beef dish. Ours is a delicious old recipe with a wonderful yeast flavor from the beer and makes a very moist loaf of bread. The type of beer you use changes the taste - the alcohol evaporates during baking. Add grated cheese, flat beer and butter.  Yields 1-1/2 pound loaf; Start to Serve: 1 hr., 15 min.
